Common Login Troubles

In order to login to the employee portal, you must first complete the onboarding process. Contact your employer about next steps in the onboarding process to get your login information.

In order to view your paystubs, you must first be onboarded. To complete the onboarding process, reach out to your employer for directions and next steps. Once you have been onboarded:

1. Go to the Login page and login to the Employee Portal.

2. Enter your username and password.

3. Once you are logged in to the Employee Poral, select the ‘My Info’ tab to the left and click ‘Overview’.

4. Then select ‘Check History’ to view a summary of your pay stubs.

1. Go to the Login page and login to the Employee Portal.

 

2. Enter your username and password.

3. Once you are logged in to the Employee Poral, select the ‘My Info’ tab to the left and click ‘Overview’.

4. Then select ‘Personal’ to access and change your personal data such as address, phone number, etc.

 
5. To edit your information, click the red ‘Edit’ button in the top right corner

4. Then select ‘Direct Deposit’ to view and edit your banking information.

5.To change your banking info, select the pencil button next to your account details. This window is where you can edit your account number, banking institution, etc.

In order to access your W-2 and other tax documents, you must first be onboarded. To complete the onboarding process, reach out to your employer for directions and next steps. Once you have been onboarded:

1. Go to the Login page and access the employee portal

 

2. Enter your username and password.

3. Once you are logged in to the Employee Poral, select the ‘My Info’ tab to the left and click ‘Overview’.

 

4. Then Select ‘W-2’ on the left hand side under ‘My Info’

 

5. You can change the year to view past W-2s by changing the year on the drop down bar in the upper right hand corner.
